Meet the team building human-centred solutions with Microsoft Power Platform Platform.
Our Co-Founders
A team of visionaries, doers, analysts and scientists, Superware’s co-founders each bring a unique set of skills and expertise to the team. This ensures that the design discovery process, long-term vision, and day-to-day build, deployment, and testing are each effectively managed and balanced to get the best results.

Mir Danish Ali

Mir Danish Ali
With 16 years of experience in software development, Danish combines his ability to strategise while analysing the minute details to make sure every part of Superware’s projects are delivered with excellence. His career spans roles in consulting, banking and finance, transportation, education and government sectors. Danish plays a crucial role in helping customers define their requirements and ensuring Superware’s solutions are fit for purpose now and into the future.
Inspired by digging into new challenges and problems, Danish enjoys the variety and learning that comes with consulting to organisations with complex technology problems. Whether it’s working with member-based organisations and super funds or government departments, he’s focused on delivering excellence at every touchpoint. On a project, Danish helps stakeholders identify and understand the program’s requirements, strategising and analysing the application development journey to ensure there’s a constant cadence of deliverables in the right order to solve the customer’s problems.
He’s proud of how consistent excellence sets apart Danish and the Superware team in the market. When a customer gets an excellent product through continuous testing and improvement, and they’re happy with the transformation it brings, Danish is happy, too.
Outside of work, you’ll find Danish watching and playing cricket, keeping fit at the gym, and enjoying time with his friends and family.

Emmanuel Bellas

Emmanuel Bellas
As someone whose superpower is mastery, Manny enjoys the constant exploration and fun that comes with finding new ways for technology to continue improving how people and organisations work. His commitment to mastery and continuous improvement has led him through a career spanning roles using Microsoft’s technology in organisations of all sizes throughout the financial services, transport and government sectors.
With over 20 years of experience, Manny is Superware’s “go-to” person for customers’ technical questions. Whether he’s supporting a customer with an application’s process or helping to uncover the root of the issue in a workflow, Manny’s approach is to identify and implement incremental improvements that compound over time — it’s mastery.
Process and test automation also form a key focus of his work, helping vendors, customers, and Superware’s development team ensure applications are operating correctly and issues are proactively identified and resolved.

Neil Benson

Neil Benson
You could call Neil the mad scientist amongst Superware’s founders. A biochemistry major in university, he transferred his endless curiosity for understanding how things work into a career in technology.
Curiosity has held Neil in good stead for his entire career, starting in IT recruitment and soon after moving into software projects, from CRM implementation to going on the quest to build the “perfect” spec requirement for software development. It’s this process that led Neil to adopt an agile approach to his work from 2007.
Over the last eight years, he’s trained thousands of people in applying the Scrum methodology and adopting an agile approach in their own work. Neil thrives on helping companies resolve their complex and unique challenges — one sprint (or experiment) at a time.
As one of just twenty Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) award winners in Australia, Neil is committed to continuously contributing to the Microsoft community. This award, which he has won for 16 consecutive years, also gives Neil early access to Microsoft’s product roadmap, ensuring Superware’s customers can proactively plan product upgrades and changes that align with Microsoft’s ecosystem.
When Neil’s not working, you’ll find him hiking and mountain climbing with his kids. He’s also an amateur pizza chef, having made over 1,000 pizzas so far. He enjoys contending with Queensland’s humidity to make the perfect dough and sauce (experimenting from scratch, of course).

GK Patinbandla

GK Patinbandla
GK is Superware’s resident maths whiz (A+ student here), and he’s been interested in software and technology since his school days.
Bringing the power of perspective to the team, GK focuses on helping organisations see their big picture objectives clearly so the right steps are taken to achieve it. With the ability to balance this long-term vision with day-to-day workflows, GK thrives when he helps businesses improve the performance of their systems so the overall organisation performs better.
An adept problem solver with the ability to ensure people are using their business systems to their fullest potential, GK is always looking for better ways of doing things. To him, it’s about going the extra mile to understand how internal stakeholders view and use their systems and how these can be improved to make the end-user experience better while driving commercial successes, too.
For almost ten years, GK has been working on Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation projects, and his career spans experience across the public sector for both Federal and State Government departments.
When he’s not working, you’ll find GK tending to his vegetable garden and enjoying time with his friends and family.

Umar Saleem

Umar Saleem
When Umar was finishing school, information technology was “the next big thing”. He started developing websites almost 30 years ago when he first got his hands on a computer. He hasn’t looked back.
As Superware’s “immersion guy,” Umar focuses on ensuring all the components of a solution come together to work effectively. He uses his 20+ years in software development to understand customers and their problems (and the many moving parts that go into fixing them) to manage complex system builds and implementations.
Umar has global experience spanning Pakistan, Europe, the Middle East and Australia. He’s leveraged this global experience with complex projects across the telecommunications, insurance, retail, banking and finance industries and the public sector.
As a true advisor to the people he works with, Umar enjoys helping organisations understand the solutions the Superware team proposes and builds. He’s also adept at proactively identifying challenges so problems can be prevented and addressed quickly.
When he’s not working, you’ll find Umar enjoying time with family and friends, building Lego or playing a game of badminton.

Sapan Shah

Sapan Shah
Sapan is a problem solver. He puts himself in the customer’s shoes, ensuring that the solutions that Superware builds are exactly what the customer needs to drive better outcomes.
After an early career in ERP implementations, Sapan moved into the CRM space, enjoying how systems can be changed and improved to make business processes more efficient.
To him, everything is about value. You’ve got to be able to communicate the value of what you’re doing and how it’ll impact a team and company. And you’ve also got to understand how changes to day-to-day workflows make long-term objectives achievable. That’s Sapan’s focus.
His experience across retail, Federal and State Government departments, the travel industry, and agriculture and mining have helped Sapan build a wealth of experience working on complex projects with multiple stakeholders. He takes the time to understand the pain points across an organisation so projects can be prioritised to deliver wide-reaching benefits as soon as possible.
When he’s not working, Sapan spends time with his family and enjoys playing badminton.
